Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the engagement of iPixX Production ("we", "us", "the Studio") for photography, cinematography, and related production services. By signing a Service Agreement or paying a booking retainer, you ("the Client") accept these Terms.
1. Booking & Confirmation
A date is confirmed only upon receipt of the signed Service Agreement and payment of the booking retainer. Following proposal acceptance, we hold tentative dates for up to 14 days, after which the date is released without further notice.
2. Pricing & Payment
All quoted package prices are exclusive of GST at applicable rates.
Standard payment schedule: 30% booking retainer, 40% thirty days before the event, and the final 30% on delivery of the completed gallery and film.
Prices cover shoots within Delhi NCR at no additional travel cost.
3. Travel & Accommodation for Outstation Shoots
For outstation and destination assignments — within India or internationally — the shooting team's travel and accommodation are arranged and borne by the Client.
These costs are itemised transparently in your proposal before booking and are never added afterward. This is standard industry practice and applies to the iPixX crew only; the Client's own travel and accommodation are arranged separately.
4. Booking Retainer (Non-Refundable)
The booking retainer is non-refundable, as it compensates iPixX Production for reserving your date and declining other commissions for that period.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
By the Client: The booking retainer is forfeited. Payments made beyond the retainer may be partially refundable depending on proximity to the event and costs already incurred.
Rescheduling: Subject to team availability on the new date. If we are unavailable, the retainer may be applied to a future date within 12 months, at our discretion.
By the Studio: In the unlikely event we cannot attend due to emergency, we will arrange a qualified replacement team or provide a full refund of all amounts paid.
6. Intellectual Property & Copyright
Copyright in all photographs and films remains with iPixX Production. On full payment, the Client is granted a perpetual, personal-use licence to view, print, and share the deliverables for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use by the Client requires prior written permission.
7. Editing & Deliverables
Edited photographs are delivered within 4 to 6 weeks; cinematic films within 8 to 12 weeks, subject to complexity.
We deliver professionally colour-graded images. RAW files are not provided.
Editing reflects our signature creative style. Additional retouching beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
8. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to provide accurate event timelines, necessary venue access and permissions, and a designated point of contact on the day. We are not liable for moments missed due to inaccurate information, restricted access, or third-party interference.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we take every professional precaution, including redundant equipment, our total liability for any claim is limited to the total fees paid for the engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
